Our Story
Orlando Development has its origins in the early 1980s. Since that time, our family-owned and operated business has finished 220 homes, developed 2 retail and apartment properties, and 12 communities in the metropolitan New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut region.
With our concentration on developments and communities, we brought our experience to Greenwich, where over the past 15 years we have risen to the forefront of high-end community development. Widely regarded as the first to bring luxury living to the downtown Greenwich Avenue vicinity, we have produced 30 residences in 4 gated communities, with over $80,000,000 in sales prior to the current launch.
A note about resale value - Our downtown residences in three communities, have historically out performed the Greenwich home and condominium market. Ask the Listing Broker for Data to support this finding.
Our homes have been featured in Money Magazine, Country Living, Cottages and Gardens, 203 Magazine, Dining and Destinations, The New York Times, Greenwich Time, and the New York Post. For our Greenwich communities, we have been awarded 3 Hobi Awards from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Connecticut.
Our Greenwich Success Stories
We have a longstanding tradition of building quality homes in communities throughout the region. Here are our most recent three, located on East Elm Street in Greenwich.
Lily’s Path
Named after our first grandchild, Lily’s Path combines classic architectural style with the highest quality of finishes and exteriors and places it all in a most private setting. These 10 townhomes were an initial sellout, and several have since resold.
Arbor Rose
Widely recognized as the beginning of the downtown Greenwich residential rebirth, this community, begun in 2004, is hailed today as the hallmark of downtown living. Located two blocks from the center of Greenwich Avenue, Arbor Rose features 10 luxury homes in a highly desirable location.
Twin Elms
The last of the 3 Orlando Communities on East Elm Street, these condominium homes are characterized by French Country and Georgian architecture, and feature beautiful detailing. The secluded location offers homeowners plenty of privacy.
Avenue Terrace
Introducing our fourth Greenwich community built to our uncompromising standard of luxury for the enjoyment of the modern homebuyer.
